We know it takes time to get to know your Purifier which is just not possible in a few minutes demo. Thus we provide you a 10 Days Risk Free Trial, wherein if you don’t like our Product within the first 9 Days, we refund the whole amount you have paid to us.

IQuick Water purifiers have a purification capacity of 15 Liters/hour and our tank storage capacity is 10 liters.
Our TDS balancer preserves and retains the essential minerals needed for our human body while allowing only dissolved impurities to be removed.
We service your purifier based on parameters like quality of input water, when last service performed, etc. Generally we provide general services in every 6 months once.
Security deposit is refunded within 7 working days of the pickup of the devise. Any pending dues will be deducted from the security deposit if there are any which includes monthly payment or any damage or abuse caused to the water purifier.
There is an initial security deposit of 2,100 /- out of which 1,500 /- completely refundable at the time when the customer opts out. Rs: 600/- would be non refundable.
We provide free installation charge and uninstallation but relocation charges would be applicable approx Rs: 400-600 depending on the location and distance.
We need a valid ID proof and an address proof (electricity bill/rental agreement) scan copies and hard copies to be submitted during the installation with signature of the customer.
We do not believe in any minimum lock in period contracts. You can opt out anytime by giving us a two week’s notice period to ensure a slot for disconnection.
